A connected process
A useful website starts with a useful plan.
From the first conversation to launch and ongoing marketing, Nuzu connects strategy, design, development, and measurement. You stay involved in the decisions, with clear review points and a practical next step at each stage.
Every business is different. A new website, a redesign, and a custom application need different scopes. We agree the deliverables and responsibilities before the work begins.
01 / Research
Start with the business, the audience, and the goal.
Your website is an extension of your business. We begin with a conversation about what you sell, who you serve, and what you want visitors to do. A strong project plan connects those answers to the pages, features, and marketing you actually need.
- Business requirements
- Clarify services, priorities, budget, responsibilities, and the next step for a prospective customer.
- Audience and competitive research
- Review customer questions, search intent, competitors, and your existing website. Use available search and campaign data to guide decisions.
- Content and platform planning
- Map the customer journey, page structure, and content requirements. Choose WordPress, a custom application, or another approach around editing needs, integrations, and maintenance.
Tools & approach
Google Search Console · GA4 · Search and campaign research · Website and content audits
An agreed scope, site map, content plan, and platform direction.

Give your business a clear, consistent visual identity.
Good website design helps people understand your business and feel confident taking the next step. We connect the brand, navigation, content, and calls to action before polishing the details.
- Brand and visual direction
- Review your logo, colors, typography, photography, and tone. Develop new brand assets when that work is part of the project.
- Layouts and responsive design
- Plan the important page types and show how the content works on desktop and mobile. Put services, proof, and contact routes where visitors can find them.
- Review and approval
- Share concepts or a development preview, collect a consolidated list of changes, and refine the direction with you. Carry the approved identity into print and campaign graphics when needed.
Tools & approach
Brand assets · Wireframes · Design concepts · Desktop and mobile previews
An approved visual direction and a clear plan for the key pages.
Acorn Construction brought logo and brand design, project photography, and a custom website together. Bloome’s development preview gave the client a place to review layout, colors, and wording. See Acorn Construction ↗

Build a website that works for your customers and your team.
We turn the approved direction into a working website, with editable content and the functionality your project requires. Development connects the customer experience to the systems behind the business.
- Website and content implementation
- Build responsive templates and reusable components. Add approved copy, images, service pages, navigation, and relevant search metadata.
- Forms and business integrations
- Implement inquiries, booking, listings, e-commerce, or other functions within the agreed scope. Plan data flows and connect business tools through available APIs or custom programming where appropriate.
- Quality review
- Review the working site on different screen sizes. Check keyboard use, readable contrast, forms, links, images, and loading performance. Keep a practical list of issues and client revisions before launch.
Tools & approach
WordPress · HTML, CSS and JavaScript · PHP · APIs and custom integrations
A working development website, reviewed content, and a resolved launch checklist.
Elliott Law Firm’s 2023 redesign paired a designer’s visual direction with Nuzu’s WordPress development. Other projects call for custom workflows rather than a standard brochure site. See Elliott Law Firm ↗

Move from development to a confident launch.
Launch is a planned handoff. We coordinate the final review, hosting and domain changes, search settings, and essential customer routes so the live website is ready for real visitors.
- Prepare the release
- Confirm approval and access, take a backup, and plan the changeover. Agree which content and functions are included in the launch.
- Publish and preserve continuity
- Connect the production hosting, domain, and HTTPS settings. When replacing a site, review valuable existing URLs and map changed addresses to relevant destinations.
- Verify the live website
- Check forms and email delivery, mobile layouts, links, indexing settings, and XML sitemaps. Verify the required Analytics and advertising tags and explain the agreed editing and support arrangements.
Tools & approach
Hosting and domain management · HTTPS · Redirects and sitemaps · Site Kit, GA4 and Search Console
A live website with the important launch checks completed and ownership clearly handed over.
A redesign needs continuity as well as a fresh appearance. Launch planning considers existing content, customer inquiries, and the search paths people already use. Explore website hosting ↗

Bring the right people to the right message.
A website becomes more useful when it works with your wider marketing plan. We connect the audience, offer, creative, landing page, and follow-up around a clear business objective.
- Search and local visibility
- Develop useful service content and an organized website. Where relevant, coordinate Google Business Profile information and local listings with the services and locations customers search for.
- Advertising and campaign creative
- Select channels around the audience, intent, budget, and available assets. Options include Google Search, YouTube and display, Facebook and Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms when they fit the brief.
- Inquiries and follow-up
- Build focused landing pages and clear contact routes. Coordinate social content, email, and CRM or AI-assisted follow-up where included, with a plan for who handles the response.
Tools & approach
Google Ads · Meta advertising · LinkedIn · Google Business Profile · Email and CRM workflows
A coordinated channel plan, campaign assets, landing pages, and measurement goals.

Use real evidence to decide what happens next.
The first launch is a starting point. We review how people find the site, where they engage, and whether the important actions work, then focus on improvements that support the business.
- Review performance
- Use GA4, Search Console, and campaign reports to understand traffic, search queries, engagement, and tracked actions. Distinguish inquiries from clicks and check tracking quality.
- Improve the customer journey
- Look for unclear copy, weak contact routes, slow pages, or campaigns reaching the wrong audience. Prioritize changes and compare results over a meaningful period.
- Maintain and repeat
- Keep content and software current within the support scope. Review campaign creative, search terms, landing pages, and customer feedback as the business changes.
Tools & approach
GA4 · Google Search Console · Advertising reports · Content and website reviews
A prioritized improvement plan and a review schedule that fits the engagement.
Search and campaign reporting helps turn a vague question—“Is the website working?”—into specific actions for content, design, targeting, and follow-up. Explore performance analysis ↗

What to expect from your website project.
Will every project include all six stages?
The process is a framework. We agree which research, design, development, launch, and marketing services belong in your scope. Hosting, campaigns, and ongoing improvements can be separate parts of the engagement.
How do we review the design and content?
We share the appropriate concepts or development preview and ask for a consolidated list of edits. You can review wording, services, layout, colors, and important functions before the agreed launch.
Can Nuzu work with our existing website or designer?
Yes. We can assess an existing website, implement an approved design, or help with a focused improvement. The first step is understanding the platform, access, and work required.
What happens after the website goes live?
We verify the live site and agree the next steps. Depending on the engagement, those may include training, hosting and maintenance, search optimization, advertising, or a schedule for reviewing performance.
